He listens to the customer, and comes up with very practical, helpful ideas. The roof workers are courteous and professional. The work they've done for me was flawless and phenomenal. We are very happy with our new siding that Revival Roofing installed on our house. Throughout the process, Austin was knowledgeable, honest, transparent, communicated well, and showed attention to the details that other contractors were not attentive to. Austin helped us to protect our home from moisture damage common in the Pacific Northwest. His local knowledge and experienced helped us to get the very best siding and materials for our home. His team was professional, diligent, extremely hardworking, and worked to keep the area clean of debris. They completed the job quickly. After completing the job, Austin followed up and found things that needed to be fixed, and had his team out again to ensure the job was perfect. We've worked with dishonest contractors in the past, so we were very cautious about who we hired to complete this job. I would highly recommend this contractor for any siding and exterior projects. They are trustworthy and easy to work with on large projects, and we will use them again in the future for all exterior projects.
